Here at Wheelers Hill Child Care Centre, we believe it is our duty to provide a rich learning environment for children where are they are able to explore and participate in ample learning experiences.

Our team are highly educated with many years of experience and are always looking for ways to further their knowledge. All educators are trained in child protection, first aid, allergen management, and food safety procedures.

Our educators believe in building strong relationships with both the children and their families which helps children feel a sense of belonging. We do this through active listening, planning, communication, role-modelling, and having fun with the children. Family input and feedback is always welcomed and encouraged.

I have been working here at WHCC since we first opened in 2012. I was working as an assistant before gaining my Diploma of Children’s Services and becoming the Room Leader for the Toddler 2 room. Then I completed my Bachelor of Education in Early Years in 2019 and was running the Kinder 3 room before I became the Centre Director in 2021.

I have created strong relationships with both families and children over the past 10 years and always value feedback and suggestions to enhance a rich learning environment.

I joined WHCC in 2012 starting as an assistant. I completed my Diploma of Children’s Services in 2016 and became the room leader for Toddler 2 in early 2019. I was then promoted to the Assistant Director role in late 2021.
